System

The System tab contains a number of extremely useful tools and functions.

System Update

This is where the application update center is located. When an update is available, information about the selected version will appear along with its details (IMPORTANT!!! — It is critical to ALWAYS verify the changes coming with each update!)

Hardware Test

Here you will also find the Hardware test. It allows testing the operation of all controller inputs and outputs.

All Outputs Off

Turns off all outputs and clears saved relay states.

Restart Device

Allows proper and SAFE restart of the controller.

Shut Down Device

Allows proper and SAFE shutdown of the controller. After shutting down the device using this function, you need to disconnect the power supply from the controller.

Configuration Backup

Module enabling full backup of all controller components, as well as their restoration. Very useful during testing. In case of potential controller failure, it enables instant restoration of a new/repaired device.

The module automatically creates backups before each update.

Available Versions

Module enabling restoration of previous application versions. The module allows restoring up to 10 versions back!

MQTT Passwords

This module allows changing passwords for 3 defined users operating within the MQTT broker installed on the controller. The boneio user is the user that connects to the broker running on the controller — their login and password should be entered in the MQTT section in settings.

Factory Reset

This module provides the ability to reset the controller to factory settings. In the menu, select the controller version you have.
