Discount Tiers

• 5% discount – after reaching a total purchase value of 10,000 PLN net (≈ €2,300)
• Additional 5% discount (10% total) – after exceeding a total purchase value of 25,000 PLN net (≈ €5,800)

Discounts are applied automatically once the threshold is exceeded and remain valid from the moment the installer account is granted – until the program is discontinued by boneIO.

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

How to Get the Discount?

The discount program is exclusively for installation companies and trade partners:

• In Poland: verification is based on PKD codes indicating installation activity
• In the EU: verification is based on company registration data (e.g., EU VAT number)

boneIO Discount Program Terms and Conditions

1. The discount program is organized by boneIO sp. z o.o. based in Łódź, Poland.

2. The program is exclusively for installation companies – discounts do not apply to individual users.

3. To qualify for the discount, you must register at the online store, fill out the application form, and pass business verification (PKD in Poland / registration data in the EU).

4. The promotion applies from the moment the installer account is granted and is not retroactive.

5. Discounts apply only to boneIO brand products.

6. The purchase value counted towards discount thresholds is calculated from the date of account creation at store.boneio.eu, based on net invoice values. The discount is applied from the moment of installer account activation.

7. After reaching the 10,000 PLN net threshold (≈ €2,300), the installer receives a 5% discount on future purchases.

8. After exceeding the 25,000 PLN net threshold (≈ €5,800), the discount increases to 10%.

9. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or individual trade terms, unless otherwise agreed.

10. The discount must be visible in the cart at the time of order finalization. In case of incorrect discount calculation by the system, boneIO is not responsible for the price difference and will not refund the difference after the order is placed.

11. Returns are processed according to the boneIO store return policy.

12. boneIO reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

13. Any disputes related to the program are resolved by the organizer.
