Main View Overview
Immediately after logging into the controller, the main view of the application appears. The application's design is extremely simple. It features a main selection menu where you choose the aspects you are interested in, and a working area where they are displayed. Depending on the width of the browser window, the menu is either permanently displayed at the top of the screen or accessible via a button in the top-left corner. In this section, we will cover the individual segments of the application menu.
In the top-left corner of the application (or bottom-left after opening the menu, depending on the view), you will find basic information about your controller:

| boneIO | The name assigned to our controller. |
| v | The current version of the installed boneIO application. |
| S/N | The serial number of our controller. |
Next, the individual menu sections are located:
Diagnostics, Settings and Node-RED are shown to administrators only. Inside Settings you will also find Accounts, Security, Maintenance (formerly the System tab) and the YAML editor. On a phone or tablet the menu is a bar at the bottom of the screen, with More for the rest.
Following these, you will find 3 icons:
- Sun / Moon - Allowing you to switch the page mode between light and dark.
- PL / GB Flag - Allowing you to change the interface language.
- Door - A button for safely logging out of the website.
