Utilizing the versatile ESP32-S3 microcontroller and the simplicity of ESPHome software, the boneIO ESP controller provides an extremely flexible and easy-to-configure core for your smart home automation. Thanks to 8 digital inputs and 8 relay outputs, a single boneIO ESP controller has enough power to manage automation in several rooms. This includes lighting systems, heating, as well as controlling the entrance gate and garage door by sending an impulse to the drive. It is also possible to control blinds (for which we offer dedicated controllers). The boneIO ESP 8x10A gen2 is primarily designed to manage lights and other non-power-demanding circuits in your home.
Key Features
- 8 digital inputs For connecting switches, motion sensors, contact sensors and others.
- 8 relay outputs (10A) For controlling lights, outlets, valves.
- Reliable network connection via an Ethernet port or **WiFi (with external antenna), USB-C - for programming.
- Wide expansion capabilities thanks to Modbus, CAN interfaces.
- Standard DIN rail mounting (7 modules).
Use Cases
The boneIO controller is the perfect choice for:
- Comprehensive automation of rooms and small apartments.
- Expansion of the number of inputs, outputs, and communication capabilities in a compact-sized device.
- Controlling multiple lighting circuits from a single location.
- Integration with an alarm system by collecting signals from sensors.
- Integration with various sensors for advanced automation scenarios.
- Automating HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) thanks to Modbus support.
