In your Home Assistant you’d need following addon installed:

Install software onto your controller¶

As of Esphome 2024.3 you just need to go to https://boneio.eu/esp .

You’d need Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge Web browser.

There are maximum 4 steps:

1. choose your device version
2. then choose your board version (available only if more than 1 release of the board was in sale)
3. if different than cover, then choose what outputs should be like in HA
4. click Install or for advanced users copy yaml file and install using Esphome software.

After installation connect your device to network.
