Project classification:
The project falls under KIS 8 – Intelligent networks and information and communication technologies. It also has links to KIS 5 – Intelligent and energy-efficient construction, due to the nature of the boneIO system as an open building automation solution for lighting control and energy management in buildings.

Project goal:
The main goal of our participation in the Startup Spark 3.0 program is to scale sales, further develop the product, and prepare the company for entry into international markets. Under the sector-agnostic track, we plan to carry out activities directly aimed at large-scale commercialisation of the boneIO system.

Planned effects:
Thanks to our participation in the acceleration program, we plan to:

• Marketing and sales development – running advertising campaigns targeting home builders, performance marketing activities (Google Ads, Meta Ads), production of video and photo materials, collaboration with installers in a partner model, participation in industry conferences, and preparation of educational materials in Polish and English. The goal is to increase brand visibility and reach new domestic and international customers.
• Product development – designing new electronics modules, improving existing controllers, adapting enclosures to the requirements of installers and foreign markets, as well as conducting R&D tests, prototyping, and enhancing device features.
• Certification – further development of the pre-compliance EMC laboratory.
