First start!

If you purchased the controller in 2026, it features the application in version 1.x.x, which runs on the Debian 13 operating system.

1. After connecting and starting the controller, you must log in to it. To do this, enter https://device-ip-address:8443 in the browser address bar.
2. You can also log in to the controller using SSH. ssh boneio@controller-ip-address the default password is Black

If you have the application in version 0.12.x or older - we encourage you to update! You can find instructions on how to do this here.
